Bruce Fein is a lawyer in the United States who specializes in constitutional and international law. He was born in Cambridge, Massachusetts and his father was the famous Louis Fein who pioneered the internet and electronics for spy planes. His father spent much of his career at Stanford University in Palo Alto, California.

Under President Ronald Reagan, Fein served as an associate deputy attorney general from 1981 to 1982 and as general councel to the Federal Communication Commission. He received his J.D. from Harvard Law School in 1972.
